COMIX—Calling all Comic Heroes!

Are you into MANGA, SUPERHEROES, THE BEANO or just comics in general? Are you a budding comic artist? If you’re a young person with a passion for comic art, then Hi8us’ latest FREE scheme, COMIX TELFORD, could be for you. 20 talented individuals will get the opportunity to develop their skills with professional comic artists including John McCrea (X-MEN, SPIDERMAN), Hunt Emerson (THE BEANO, FORTEAN TIMES) and Asia Alfasi (IMAF, BEST NEW MANGA, BLOOMSBURY). The scheme will take place in Telford between July and October ‘09.

DEADLINE for postal submissions is Friday 17th July; DEADLINE for email submissions is Sunday 19th July. The scheme prioritises 16 to 19 year olds
living or studying in Telford.
